'99 and older: fork oil amount?

I put together a Fat Boy style front end with the older style and longer fork tubes for my Dyna. If I remember correctly the tubes are 3/4 in longer that the 2000 and up. Tubes are not FX. How much oil goes in each leg? I found several posts but all were about newer forks. Amounts varied from 12 oz. to 12.9. I will be starting dry.

11.5 oz. (340ml) wet. for the fatty. use harley type e fork oil, says my service manual. it doesn't say anything about dry so I hope that helps.
