Default Need help on push rod adjustment

Ready to put the cams on this evening, one question, I got the SE adjustable push rods, instruction said 2 1/2 turn after lifter contact, as far as I know the SE push rod is 32 TPI, it should be 3.2 turns. Should I follow the instruction or do 2.5 turns? I am confused. Thanks

Thanks! Just got home, spent 4.5 hrs, job is done. No valve ticking so far, runs smooth, I will post a review this weekend.
