Default Just moved my apes forward...

and man what a difference! I had them originally angled in-line with the forks. After moving them forward..much more comfortable.

If you haven't yet..try it.

I moved my apes forward, I like it, but still geting drag bars.

Yeah..I had really wanted drags on there cause I like the look, but I won't go over 8" rise and it's just not tall enough for me.

Now I have a set of brand new street slammers and a brand new set of wild1's I have to get rid of.

oh well.

Yeah I have a new set of wild1's and some new Zbars I have to get rid of.
Post some pics if you can, I would like to see your NT with the bars like that.

When I was installing my apes I left the top clamp bolts a little loose. Then I got on the bike, put my hands on the grips and closed my eyes. Then I moved the bars to where they felt the most comfortable. Then tightened the top clamp bolts. It just so happens that they were the most comfortable when they were pushed forward a little. And it looks better to me too.
