And what would have been wrong with this response AZZHOLE? And then I am called Harley Trash....LMAO. I stand by my response even if it makes me Harley Trash. I can live with that......so PHA-Q and good luck with your new ride.
Wow, what a way to start off. Oh well, congrats on the new ride and welcome to the forums.
Chaz, what the hell you mean "make sure it has both cams"? You mean people actually did that? Sounds fishy to me, and taste like chicken, LMAO.

Since you are at the library using the computer why don't you do some research on your bike..... I am not trying to be rude but you can learn many things about your bike if you do the research.
As for your question, first thing I would do is get myself a Factory Service Manual and read it front to back to get familiar with the workings of the machine. Next, I would change the oil, primary fluid, chain fluid, fork oil, air filter and headlamp bulb. Reason for bulb change is you don't know how old it is and you sure don't want that going out at night (even though you can switch to your brite element).
Check the brake pads and rotors; check the tires for dry rot and correct air pressure.
Although I am new to this forum, I am not new to bikes and have owned numerous makes of Harley's throughout my life. I know what it feels like to want a question answered but you need to relax and wait for the answer. If you continue with the attitude you have on this forum, or life in general, you are going to get nowhere fast...
Good luck and congrats on the new ride

Either U or someone go completely through her and do a complete service....
How old are the tires, maybe replace them too. Check wheel bearing. spokes, all rubber hoses, oil / lube cables.
that should get U started. She been sitt-in a lot which is not the best thing for her to do.

Just curious... what should travroc have read that would have made him not post his reply? There is nothing mentioned in the first post about you not being able to post pictures. Anyways, good luck with your ride.
