Had one on my heritage a fews years back, and found it to be ok.Did move you forward a little but in my case, being of small stature, not a noticable difference. just ordered one for my Deluxe and waiting on delivery.

I put this one on my Fat Boy, it's very similiar just no studs. $75.00 on ebay from Matazu, Inc, and they ship free. It's good quality and fits nice. I love how it feels.
I bought the Studded Backrest from FC for my 2008 Heritage. I wanted the studs but I paid dearly for them, $50.00 extra. It is a very simple design but really works great, minutes to install. Better than paying $525.00 to Harley for a new seat with a Backrest. My Backrest doesn't push me forward as someone else has stated.
Was wondering how you like this Matazu rest?
Do you know if this one will work for my 2005 Springer Classic? All the listing says is for "Fatboy Heritage Classic" lol
I want to take a long trip and this is the best looking one of all the types out there, sadly enough. Even the Kür. looks kinda tall, goofy & wheelchairish to me.
I've got the one from Firehouse customs that I used on my stock 06 fatboy seat that I am trying to sell. It works great, but don't use the seat anymore.
Just called them, very nice and a total ma & pa outfit.
He says the '07-up version would work for me and if not
they can mod it on the fly! They're close in Beloit, WI
I'm gonna visit them on the way to my cheesehead cousin sometime lol...
I'll take pix and give a report back when I get to it...
