Default Soft Bags for a Deuce (Removable)

I am sorry if it was asked but I could not find the info I was looking for.
I want to get soft bags for trips but I would like to remove them when not needed.
Feel free to correct me but from what I understand the HD bags do not come off very easy once installed. I want HD bags but can you mount them with other brackets? What is everyone using for removable bags on a Deuce? I saw EZ brackets and Ghost brackets but I am not sure which way to go. Deuce riders please help.
Thanks
Glen

Default Deuce

I ride a fatboy but I have a friend who has had ez brackets on his deuce for years and loves them. Personally I think there are better bags out there than harley. Most after market leather bags have a hard flat back and are made to work with ez brackets.

Good Luck

I have not found any I like yet either. A trade is not an option for me the Deuce is mine, paid for and in this economy I don't want any more bills. I did get a Sac bag for the back rack but it is not big enough for a trip.

We have a Deuce that came with the HD lockable style bags made for a Deuce...they go on with 2 bolts. It's a piece of cake to either put them on or off.

I bought the Sac set that has the travel bag and the day bag as well. Uses Harley backrest for deuce. Works well and holds lots.

I stopped at the HD dealer the other day and got to look at the HD bags. They don't look bad but there is not too much room in them. Are all the HD bags like this or is it just the bags for the Deuce?
Does anyone have anything other than HD bags on there Deuce?
HD wants a big chunk of change for these bags and I am not sure the room justifies the price????
Does SAC make anything bigger for the back rack?
I am planning a trip and will need more storage than my SAC bag can provide
Thanks in advance for any help

I've got Easybrackets on my bike with Leatherworks bags. Plenty of storage, easy to mount and dismount, and they're well-made and good-looking.
