Stupid question......how do I remove the seat strap? I have a 2002 Springer. I need to remove the seat strap so that I can put a new Mustang seat on. I tried removing the bolts that are holding the strap on, but they won't come off. They loosen up, but won't come off. I'd prefer to take the strap off the nice way, and not just cut it off. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hold the nuts under the fender while loosening the strap bolts.
