The gas guage on my 04 deuce illuminates but the needle is always stuck on E. I know that these aren't the most accurate guages and I use one of the odometer modes anyway but would just like to have it working. Anyone know what might be the problem and likely fix?

 

Can't really help, but when working Mine is almost on the spot.. I've been checking the mileage since the cams where put in and its very good on amounts left in the tank...

Note: I recommend, when removing the fuel pump unit from tank.. to straighten out
arm rather than removing the single screw I did in my 9:51 am post.
