Default removing glue from highway bars

I have moustashe bars on my fatboy, I removed the rubber foot rests and now I have some oppoxy type glue left on the chrome, any suggestion on what to use to get it off? I have tried brake dust remover so far and that not moving.

WD40 will take it off. If you want to buy something, 3M adhesive remover, in a spray can is sold at Walmart .
It is citrus based and will not harm paint.
