I have a 2008 ST deluxe and I am having issues with the ignition and or spark plugs. Its all stock with the exception of vance and hines true duels and a power commander. It have 8000 miles. And it wont start. I had this issue before about month ago and I changed the plugs and it seemed to fix it. Well today I went to start it and its doing the same thing. No fire to the plugs. So I change the plugs today with champion ra8hc plugs. The harley dealer was closed today. Could this be another bigger problem with something else or should I try again with harley plugs tomorrow.I am new here and appreciate any and all help or suggestions..

 

I'd try unplugging the PC and see if it starts, with just the ECM. I would not think the plugs would be bad,

 

Or maybe its not getting any gas. Check your fuel lines.

 

Had the same problem on an 05 Fatboy. Unplugged the PC an worked great. Put on an HD Race tuner, runs better now.

 

Check all your connections.
