Exclamation Spark plugs

I have read on here somewhere before that a person can go to an auto parts store and get plugs for your bike. I have the 01 FLHR TC88 and hoping someone can tell me what plugs to get. I was on my way home from a work assignment yesterday (about 200 miles) and 4 times my bike did a sort of backfire with a momentary loss of power and trying to start with the least expensive possible solution. Going on a Veterans fundraiser at an HD shop tomorrow and wanted to try to get the plugs changed first in case in happens again I may be able to have the shop check it out. Thanks for your help!!!

Run the SE pre gaps. They are cheap. I change them every year. No rhyme or reason I just do.

you asked about spark plugs and your question was answered....BUT...I would recommend you check your oil level while hot. Run the bike, level the bike, check the oil.

Thanks, just changed the oil last week, cleaned and oiled the Heavy Breather. Just put in the 4164's and my old plugs looked like crap (Screamin Eagle's) and the electrode was burned down almost completely. Hoping this fixes my issue but pretty safe to say the plugs are why my bike was running like crap. I don't usually buy Screamin Eagles but they were on sale.
