There is a Thread in the Softail and Touring sections on DYNO's.
They are both Sticky threads, on the 1st page of each section at the top;
There are DYNO Sheets and Numbers Posted in their, both HP and TQ.... and is really good info for answering this type of question.
The answer is not simple, way to many variables. cost can be anywhere between 1.5K-6k depending on how, what and who.
most 95's get between 90-100 # of TQ, and mid-high 80's to low 90's HP on average bulld, More if U want to really get into it..
