I've been wanting to put a round bar & shield ac cover on my Heritage. I'm trying to keep a very nostalgic look to the bike.
I read here on the forum about the diff. between the carb and EFI covers.
I was up near Muskegon on vacation this past week and stopped in to their HD shop.
I told the sales guy what I was looking for. He said they didn't have one in stock but showed me one in the catelog, $45.00.
He said he had one in the back but it doesn't have the HD logo. He brought out a round cover with the Screamin' Eagle logo on it (curves around the screw hole). He said it's rather unique and is no longer available.
Sorry I don't have a photo, I'll try and post one soon. Just wondered if anyone was familiar with this cover.
And yes, I did buy it, $14.99.

Just kidding, did the cover come with a different backing plate?
I know, I know, I should have had pictures. I was just curious if anyone had seen one of these. I'll post some, I promise!
No, there was no backplate, just the cover.
