the pic taken at the time of the arrest and the one taken in the court are two different people. wow. Six years for taking a life is a joke. especially when driving drunk. DUI is not something new, how many stories and things are you gonna hear about to simply say "that's not gonna happen to me and drive drunk. Celebrities should get hammered just like anyone else. DUI + kill = throw the key away for ignorance

I have not one ounce of sympathy for the schmuck! Nothing good can come of this. Period. He should spent the rest of his life in a cage like the one he took away another mans life with. It's just insult to injury the fact that he was a fellow biker.

how does he get six years and that football player guy gets 28 days???

i think that if you CHOOSE to drink and drive and end up killing somebody, it constitutes premeditated MURDER.

you should get life in prison or death.

there are NO CONSEQUENCES for breaking the law in this country. everybody gets off with just a slap on the wrist.

Fellow bikers.. bullsh!t.
It has nothing to do with bikers. Some of you guys sound so selfish and self righteous, and I bet most of you guys have driven with too much to drink at one time.
Doesn't it go with your "bikers" persona anyway?
Hypocrites..

It has to do with driving drunk and hitting an innocent person, be it in a car, truck, or bicycle.

Celebrity is a hard thing for an immature person to deal with. Billy failed miserably.
I think there is plenty in Billy's heart to work with. Hopefully, he gets out of jail soon so he can actually help the cause instead of rotting away next to the rapists and murderers he's forced to rub elbows with.
Good can, and should come out of this tragedy.

Sometimes when you are living out of control and taking everything around you for granted it takes something drastic to change yourt life. When that door slams shut and he has no where to go for the next 6 years and all he has time to do is think, he will probably come out a different person than when he went in. No if only every celeb would get sentenced that way instead of community service or 28 days then they might learn something form it.

Two or four wheels, I try to limit my drinking to 3 beers.
regardless, after one beer I slow down !
I, not you, not him, I am responsible for MY actions, as he is for his .

Whats the difference between blindly shooting a gun into a populated area and killing someone
or killing someone while driving recklessly (sober or drunk)?

The gun isn't the killer
the car/truck/motorcycle isn't the killer
The person wielding it is the killer

Wah WahWah

RESPONSIBILITY
So everybody wanted to be his "friend"
he had cute babes chasing him around
He got big buck contracts
that doesn't absolve him
If anything he could have used his "Celebrity" status to help, instead of letting it go to his head.

so cry Billy a river, the guy he killed won't be back in 6 years.
