2 questions:

1) Is the bike cranking but not starting?

2) If so what type of fuel management are you running?
(Might be a problem with fuel mgt. I have problems with my PowerCommander occasionally.) There have been many threads on this problem with PowerCommander

Sometimes I will unlock mine, get it of the stand, and all the signals start flashing and it won't start. What I figured is put it back on the stand, lock the ingnition, and do it all over again. works everytime and starts right up.

Also make sure your battery cables are tight. I've had the ground vibrate loose on my last bike.

i really dont think its the FOB. Ive tried leaving the FOB away from the bike and manually starting it with the pin and it did the exact same thing. fuel was full, engine will not turn over however i hear i "ticking" noise under the seat, might be a loose battery connection. thanks everyone for the feedback.

Check your ground, also check your fuses for corrosion.
