Gas valve leaked alittle ????
Hi there ! I've got an 05' FatBoy and today after riding i turned the gas valve to the "off" position as always and just before tossing the cover over it after it cooled down, i noticed a spot and slight trail down my primary cover just bellow the valve and ran my fingers under it making contact and got some gas on my fingers and i then turned the valve alittle (maybe halfway to the "on" position and returned it to the "off" position and it stopped leaking.Now all i'm doing is wondering if it'll just start leaking again or if it was just a "Gremblin"....right after i got a ball.....go figure !!! It's never done this before and the tank was/is at 3/4 full and the temp here (cleveland,ohio) was like 72 today. Anyone got any idea's if i should replace the valve or what ???
