Default 23" wheel on a Deluxe...

I was bored goen through pics of bikes on e-bay and found this. 23" on a deluxe...IMO..looks out of place under the fender(too big). I wondered how a 23" would look, now i know. Don't like it. Any other opinions?

here's the link....http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/23-FR...=p4506.c0.m245

I think color and other mods go into the total look of the bike....Me I think a billet wheel like that one would look **** on your bike... but its just my humble opinion...

Maybe it look big because the bike isn't lowered and has apes which are set inline with the forks(huge rake look). So its the bike? FL fender does look small with that 23".

Not a fan. Don't really like the Stone Cold Steve Austin pic plastered on the front, either.

That whole deal is an exercise in madness. Its like the dude just took a fistful of money and threw it at that bike and a custom shop......

Regardless the guy couldnt take a photo fo that bike at a simple side angle? I hate photos of these bikes at all these stoopid angles...I dont look at a bike from the angles they shot it at. I cant even tell if that 23" looks right or not as there isnt a single normal photo in there....

I like spokes anyways. If I didnt have a Night Train I would very well be rolling a Deluxe setup like the ones above IE: BlknChrome or ElSupremo's....Eff that billet wheeled wierdo bike. Gimme some old school spoked white wall action like the bikes above anyday!!

Too much man i didn't even realize the "stone cold" up front...The guy must like stony-poo in tights.. good eye El Supremo...Couldn't imagine some other guys mug airbrushed onto the front of my ride. Must be some sort of ***ness....I have seen a softail custom with a 23" 80 spoke i do belive with some 20" apes, and was it badda$$...made my 21" look like a 16"..but a deluxe or heritage don't think so. But the ? is do you guys think that a 23" fits well under a FL fender?..

never at a loss for words are ya son. I don't think the radius of the tire/wheel fits the fender. You've lost the flare at the rear of the fender and that to me is the focal point of 21's with the fl fenders.black an chrome I think it would be hard to improve your ride from where it is now. That thing is f'n bad azz as is.All that bagger stuff, fairing, lowers, hard bags belongs on a bagger.G.
