I am getting ready to come back home from a deployment soon and all I can think of is how I am going to set up my garage. Can you guys post some pictures of your garages? I think I am going to build my own shelves/workbenchs etc. Gotta throw in a lift and a beer fridge that should be a good start. How would you guys set up a two car garage? Any cheap tricks or cool ideas would be appreciated! Let see some pics!
I built my own work bench, put a spot for a stereo on it it, It also has an 18 gauge rolled steel top, and made out of 3/8" angle iron. I would suggest a vise and a grinder, possibly a compressor.
here is mine
^ NICE set up! I have a 2 car garage, but I think it may be like a full size bed to a queen size bed. I refuse to post pics of my garage as it looks like a tornado came through. It wont happen in this house, next house there will be a hellacious man cave.
Sceamin00,
That is a clean set up, I love the work bench great work! I am planning on using wood for mine most likely MDF or marine plywood and some 4x4/2x4 etc. But perhaps I will go with metal. I have quite a few tools but the vise, grinder and compressor are top on the list of what to get next! Thanks for the pics.
Nothing elaborate here. Just your basic Snap-on 1023 with top and side locker setup, my second Snap-on to handle the overflow of tools I have, and a place to park the toys or do some work.
I've thought about doing it up like some garages I've seen but I just don't spend enough time in it.
