Hey guys who make the best cnc ported heads for the new 96 inch engine?
I am thinking best flowing heads and 211 cam, this motor should make 95horses easy.....
Check on the engine forum and you'll get more information than you can absorb. I had mine done through GMR Performance.. They have R&R do the port work then they cc, deck, valves, grinds, etc.. There are a lot of options...If you do the heads and cams then your next info overload will be which tuner to buy.. Good luck
just because the heads aer cnc does not really mean you will get more power. Dont beleive the bull$hit that you will.
Hillside does not cnc machine their heads they hand port them and their heads produce just as much hp/tq as some shops do R&R included.
Baisley CNC all his heads then he hand ports them to finalize them most shops do not do that as they think CNC is good enuff.
Me personally i would not use nothing R&R sells or makes . but thats me .
had dealings with them and will never do business with them again
GMR i would but not R&R..
I put a set of T-Man Stage II Heads on my bike. Similar setup to yours except 95 inch. Making 102 hp and 100 ft lbs of torque and I'm leaving some on the table with my pipes. The BSS will help because of the Power Chamber. Do lots of research and calling to determine what's best for you. Good Luck!

Reason: new info
Yeah... I've gotten some opinions on that before. The cam was installed by the previous owner. I thought about changing it until I talked to some guys that are running the 211, like chazmanian. It runs pretty strong and I'm satisfied. Numbers are just... well... numbers.

i prefer Baisley . stands behind his stuff 100%
+1. Baisley is the shiznit. That said, I've got T-Man's going on my bike next week. We'll see how they do.
I Think Nightrider in the past has an article that said If U take the 96in over 100 or 110hp ?? that U'll need to put in some heavier SE crank bearing...and some even rec. redoing the crank itself...
