Is this the one to get?Or is there something better for the same money?

 

I've had 3 of them on different bikes and they work great. American Rider magazine did a test on a bunch of them a while back and I think the SE came in 3rd? behind the Big Sucker ( I think) but will you really notice any difference on the street???? I stick to HD stuff. Really helps with better breathing air cleaner.

I have had SE's on all my bikes, and they work well, are easy to install, and don't change the look of the bike in any way.

Got that kit along with SE2 mufflers and a rejet for the carb. Loving it!

I got it on my 01 fatboy with some Vance & Hines long shots. I had to wait a week for the long shots to come in so I took my bike out stock until they came in, there was a noticeable difference (not allot) but enough. that was 4 years ago. I recently started doing my own service and when I got to the air filter I noticed it was different that stock (duh) I have a question for you guys who have this done. how do you clean the filter or do you replace it?
