I ordered the SE Black mufflers, but as usual the MoCo has them BO till the 16th or later. I still don't understand their a$$ backwards way of doing the catalog. show you all the cool stuff you can trick out your ride with, and then not have it available. I am beging to like the 'Quiet' sound of these new mufflers, it has a nice sound, jst would like something a bit Deeper. . . . . by the time they get here, I may not be able to ride here in Michigan......

I rode about 100 miles wednesday, heated gear really extends the riding season, never thought I would use the stuff, but sure does keep the body warm. Looks like another good ride day today, a bit chilly this morning, 36 degrees, but the sun is out and should make it to 65 by 1-2 o'clock. I may get another 100 or so today, who knows I may get that 1000 miles in yet this year, jst in time to pay my HD Tax for the first service at the dealer. Then I will do all my own service. I did take it back to have them adjust the fork bearing, had a really loud 'CLUNK' - as it turned out they were really loose. Be aware.
The cheapest I found was near dallas. for 17499 out the door (dallas is roughly a 12 hour drive). still about $500 more than i wanna pay. i'll keep looking.
besides the original quote from a dealership near me, I had a quote of 17100 out the door but apparently that wasn't accurate, the guys manager apparently nixed that real quick.
2010 Fat boy Lo Denim stock. I bought the first one. The dealer had not even set it up yet. I paid 16,300 out the door.
WOW! That's about $1500 UNDER MSRP BEFORE any options! Were there any factory options? And what is the dealer? At that price, it's worth dealing with them over local HD stores.
