Yep...my bike told me a secret once...that the most dangerous part of a motorcycle is the nut that connects the seat to the handlebars...I paid attention, and neither the bike or myself has been scraped or banged up since...
Oddly enough the pegs don't scrape since I put the Ness extention plates on.The bottom of the brake pedal and frame and primary usually take the most hits.
