Deluxe has no bags, and no windshield. It is also lower approx 1 inch. The handlebars are also a semi-beach bar while the heritage has semi ape bars.

The Deluxe DOES have a passenger pillion...but its mighty small..

Ok, things not mentioned.. Custom floorboards on the Deluxe, tall riser, wide white walls, lower center of gravity (due to the one inch lower frame) Chrome spoke wheels, Different color options.

Bullet turn signals, tombstone tail light (some Heritages have it), nostalgia speedo, Heritage has lights on fenders, different pipes.

I think that about covers it.

Thanks. Could never "see" much of a difference but then again, not many I run across are stock either.
