The Softail line is probably older than a few members here............
Now that's funny, and very true
Put em on a hardtail, then let's see oldskool!
Chaz, that is a very nice bike. I hope the side bag isn't all you use to pack for an o'ernighter Nice touch though. Holds chapstick, and maybe a small camera??? LOL
I think you mean 'bobber'.. my bike is an 01 and over the winter I am hoping to
1 - powedercoat the air cleaner black.
2 - Maybe get black tins
3 - Wrap the pipes
4 - powder coat the rims / hubs lback..
I've already put 1" longer springs on the seat and blacked them out
Is Ť old-school flavored ť a better and accepted definition? Maybe “old-schoolich” ? Anyway, you know what I’m talking about, and that what’s important…

'79 80 inch Shovelhead with a ratchet top 4 speed transmission set in a raked out, rigid, Jammer frame. Kick only(now that's "OLD School"), foot clutch, jockey shift, belt drive with 10 over forks. To me, stuff like that is true old school. But you gotta take the good with the bad. My old school scoot doesn't always run perfect, can a be a bitch to crank(Especially when it's cold) and requires constant maintenance. That's not even mentioning the leaks
