You could always get a new one from Zanotti's for $178.20 + shipping (Part Number 37728-08) retail is $270.

I have a pulley pt# 37728-08 for you. Bought out a dealer. Teeth are like new, only a few miles on them. Customer didn't space the pulley properly and on his maiden voyage lightly scraped the outer edge. Since it is polished aluminum, with some fine sandpaper and elbow grease, you can bring this around to its original luster. Done it before myself. Well worth the effort, based on the price of new.
