I'm actually looking for some small soft (quick detach) bags for my Train. That or I need an axle mount plate holder so I can get a swing arm bag on it. Love my Train, but I'm finding the need to carry small items with me at times. I really don't want to strap a roll bag on the back.

I still have my HD swingarm bag which I like very much and it was fitted with the clear stickers on the swingarm so no paint erosion.
I needed to carry items and didn't want to use a backpack, so opted for the HD quick detach saddle bags, and very happy with them.
I love those... esp since they come off quick! Are they too biggish? I can't seem to find anything smaller than those. Think they're pricey, but probably worth it.

They look bigger than they are - the hard plastic (ABS) back plate makes the internal capacity a lot smaller than you'd expect, but I fit all I need into them, and wouldn't consider anything bigger.
