Default upgrade question

I upgraded my bike with fuel pak, big sucker, and a two into 1 fat cat, but the bike was stock before. Should I have gotten the stage 1 before the upgrade? Does the fuel pak allow the bike to rev to 6200 like the stage 1 from the dealer does????

You don't need (or want to pay for) a stage 1 flash. The Fuel pack will not raise the rev limiter but I doubt you will really want to unless you change cams. It's very rare for me to hit the rev limiter, the bike starts losing steam well before redline.
