Angry Baffles

Does anybody know how to get the baffles out of Screaming Eagle add -ons? Used quite a bit of force already, and they did not move at all. Would like to get them out to install B.C.T. baffles. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just gripped the end of the baffle with a set of vice grips. Then gripped the handle of the vice grips with some channel locks and tapped them out with a hammer...

BTW you'll love the thundermonsters, good choice.
