i have the same year and the same issue. battery test says was ok. i checked for drain and it is 67ma and that is ok. well i had a trip to take and no time for the deka on ebay. i hear they are good and they make the battery for harley. I called the local wal-mart and got their battery. it works good. was easy to install but if i had the time i would have got Harley because the post are not the same. i have to mount the cables top mount. the mustang seat is plastic so no issues there. deka on ebay was 68 and wal-mart was 78 and HD was 140.
oh and my 07 bike was made 6/6/06 so the battery is 3 years old and 40,000 miles. I bought it 08/31/07 so it had sit time
Visit a Harley dealer and get a OE replacement. I've heard too many horror stories about bargain batteries. You might also pick up a Battery Tender. An '07 shouldn't need a new battery.
An '05 Ultra Classic (purchased in Aug. '04) I recently sold still had the original battery. I kept the battery connected to a tender when not riding.
Probably shouldn't need one but my 07 Dyna needs one. Will be three years old next month. Battery Tender on it all the time.
