Clay (Ron Perlman) does not know how to ride a bike.
The bikes on SOA look unusual because the Tee bars are too tall. This CVO Dyna shows a proper looking quarter fairing.
This setup looks so nice! Hollywood or not, I like the look of this. Oh yeah, and Knight Rider couldn't drive all by itself. It's Hollywood. They make crap up all the time. Did they get it right or wrong or is it just a TV show? My $.02
So according to the bonus features on the first season dvd they choose to use the farrings because it is a popular look in CA.
Also each of the bikes is a little different. Like they have different engine mods and stuff and are all vairous model years.
I think it could be done relatively simple seeing as you already have a smaller headlight. Maybe a wide glide fairing would work. On a side note, the Irish guy with the big scar on his face was at Neptune's Net yesterday on his Dyna that was all SOA'd out.
When I first saw SOA I thought those little fairings looked terrible on those Dynas. Now I've been watching for a while I'm getting brainwashed into thinking they look OK.
Question is, does anyone have one of those on a Softail. How would that look and how would that work?
If you don't know what I'm talking about and never saw Sons of Anarchy, here is a pic:
I'm from the South & the Bandidos have been useing the 1/4 fairing for years. Thay even make there own, wich is one of the best I have ever seen, they are one solid pice, with no windshild. Most people who think its BS, most likely have know clue about the 1%er world.
Would like to get a hold of one of those solid ones w/o a windshield...
any pics?
