One of the salesmen at Mike's Famous in Groton,Ct. (George)has that set up on his bike. If I can remember, I'll ask him for the details on where and how much. It's not my thing, but I think it looks okay.
Just go to Ebay and search for "ness fairing" or "anarchy fairing" - they run around $180-200 on Ebay. It would probably be good for my wife's sportster, to break up the wind, since she won't use a windshield, but she hates them.

Not to take this too far off topic, but so do my wife and I and we live in Kalifornia but are lucky to have CCW permits good for Ca as well as Fla and Utah permits so were good for at least 40 states (they are scarce in our area).
Back to the fairing question. They are shooting SOA right down the street from me this week and the bikes are out on the street and lot and the fairing looks cool on a dyna but iMO not for a FLS softail
