Default forward control master cylinder help

i just purchased some forward controls from demon cycles that fit 00+ softails, they fit great but the master cylinder line comes in on the left of the cylinder not in the front of it like stock. whats the best way to get my line plumbed into the new cylinder?

I'm not sure I understand the question.

My forward controls are the same way, I just bolted the line up, bled the brakes, and rode.

As long as it reaches and you can snug the line up to it, you should be fine.

well turns out theres no way im going to be able to get the stock banjo bolt to line up with the master cylinder. my next thought is to cut the stock brake line just after the first bend because this will make the brake line go straight into the master cylinder. however if i do this, what kind of adapter would i need to hook it up. im thinking a straight fitting that has the same threads as the master cylinder with a flare on the other end. does anyone know what size the brake line is so i can try to get a flare nut and a fitting for the master cylinder? i know its confusing but i appreciate any help, john
