RNBones, planning on changing my rear fender to something like yours, question for you. Where did you relocate you ECM unit? and Did you cut the battery cover down to suit? CHEERS. Looking good!!!

Irish, i moved the ECM down behind the oil tank and zip tied it in nice and snug! I did not cut down my battery cover, Kyle from shade tree made a fiberglass one for me. The cover is real nice and fits perfect but i'm just not completely happy with the look of that area of the bike. When you go with that type fender, to me, it just leaves too much of a gap. I'm toying with the idea of cutting the thick part of the seat post and dropping the springs down to the frame. The battery cover that Kyle made is really nice and just what i wanted but now with everything on the wheels are turning again and i'm thinking of more changes. Hope all that helps!
very nice, first time I have seen the floorboards done, now just get rid of those reflectors, love the rear fender, sometimes I wish my wife hated to ride so I could do the same.
That is a great looking bike. How do you like the wood inlay floor boards? Do they look like they will hold up to the scuffing your feet will give them?

I was planning the same thing this winter. I think if I get rid of the pegs and replace the springs with those "clothes pin" looking springs, it might cut down on a lot of that empty space.

Believe it or not C. Numb the scissors fill that gap. I like them alot better than the 2" coils and they dont bottom out. I know it sounds crazy but they dont. I like the look and ride on the scissor springs. You have to drill a hole into the post so a cotter pin will fit through.
