I know Robert on a business and friend level and am very glad to see that you all were able to work things out. It says a lot about both of you to say "hey I made a mistake". It is unfortunate but we don't see that enough these days.
And, I have one of his apehanger kits on my Deluxe and couldn't be happier.
I have, and am currently doing some business with these guys, and will be in the future.
I drove 90 miles to their location and actually got a chance to visit with three of them last Friday morning.
I can say this....they are great guys who are passionate about what they do and they have a pretty nice establishment with support trailers for installing their products at Rallies etc.
If you can't find the handlebars, cables and controls/wiring you need.....you ain't looked far enough!!
What an inventory!!
I also looked at some of their chrome fork lowers, calipers kits etc....beautiful work.
They also have a lot of used parts and if you tell them what you are looking for, they will keep an eye out for you.
I'm pretty sure my wife will be ordering my Christmas present from them pretty soon.
A Hog Tunes Tweeter Pod already painted to match my inner fairing and with chrome speaker grills!!
I saw one while I was there.....looks and sounds great, gotta have that one!
Hey, it's only ~ 5 weeks till Christmas, and I've already dropped my hint!!!
Anyway, I am glad everything worked out for everyone on this issue, it IS good to see people stand behind their products and/or workmanship.
Ride safe everyone
From what I know, they have a good niche business going, and good to deal with (they guarantee fitment of bars and cables they supply).....unfortunately getting rarer these days.
