FXCW powder coating is yellowing

The engine and oil tank on my 08 FXCW are yellowing on the right hand side. The hot side. Harley says its cause it was cleaned incorrectly, ( bullshit ) Anybody else have this problem on thier Rocker?

What do they say would cause it to yellow. put it back in there lap....

Try a different dealer and call the plant and ask them what would cause it.

They said it was cleaned incorrectly with something. It wasen't cause I bought it from a dealer. I'll try a different dealer, and the factory.

You might want to try a few more dealers and then call HD headquarters and have a chat with them. The service from dealer to dealer can vary greatly,although this is the first time I have heard of this specific problem. (414) 343-4680 I am sure they have an 800 number too.
