What apes should I get for softail standard

What apes should I get for softail standard

Many different types, kind of like the looks of the carlini's. I have drag bars now but I like the looks of the apes. Anyone have any suggestions or pics?

I think I want to go with some 12s or 14s. Any body done this with 6 inch straight risers or do most get shorty risers. How do you figure cable/lines length.

Only my opinion, but FX front ends don't look good with apes. FL front ends on the other hand look awesome... just my $.02

These 16" bars and short risers get my hands just about shoulder height (I'm 6'2"). 100% improvement over the stock bars Imo. Its amazing the relaxed feeling i have rollin down the road with these bars. As far as style, its A personal thing I guess. Lots of sweet bikes with apes on this site thats for sure!
