Default 2010 Heritage price?

What price should I shoot for on a 2010 Heritage? Thought I could work a good deal on an 09 but found out they can sell a 2010 for less.
Never worked a deal on a new HD,always bought used!
Stock! no extras! Basic black!

MSRP no setup no freight. That is probably realistic right now.

How can they sell an 010 for less than an 09? That must mean my 03 is worth more than both!

We just paid MSRP plus freight, but got the dealer to throw in a rear shock lowering kit (installed), a engine guard (installed), some skull grips and a windshield bag (not installed).

Someone's going to have to eat the cost on those '09's out there or they are going to get very dusty sitting on the showroom floors....

I paid 1500 to 2000 under msrp for the last two new bikes I bought. That's the same margin I'll get on my next bike or there won't be a next bike. At that price everybody can walk away feeling good about the experience.
