Default Heritage fuel gauge
My wife has an 05 Heritage, sweet bike but at times her fuel gauge plays up, anyone have any suggestions on what the problem could be? Also are there any after market gauges out there worth using?

What kind of "playing up" do you mean? My Heritage Springer gage is giving me false readings. Showing half full and actually being empty. I checked out JP Cycles. They have an led one but the installation seems kinda hairy to me.

My dads 02 Heritage did the same thing, showed a different fuel level than what was in the tank. He replaced it with the LED gauge. 1hr labor at the dealership...hasn't ran out of gas since
