Default 2005 Heritage Softail Classic
Just purchassed a 2005 Heritage Softail Classic and was going to have the dealer install Vance & Hines Big Shot Staggered on it. He told me to wait till the first service 'cause if I get it done now before delivery he wouldn't be able to put on the 4yr. inspection sticker 'cause they won't pass inspection. Is this true??

If the inspection sticker involves emmissions, then I would bet that it's true. Just about any after market pipes have the possibility of causing it to not pass emmissions.

So what do folks do? REplace the pipes just to pass inspection each time and then switch em back again?
