That's a good price, 96inch motor, 200 rear wheel, 6 speed. Stock was kinda ugly but its a clean slate to make it yours. I've had HD guys ask me what model mine is.
If you can get the dealer to do the 5000 and give you a copy of the accessories catalog, drop the 11K on the desk and ride that thing out of there as fast as you can.
Then grab a pencil, some paper, a beer and a folding chair. Take all that out to where the bike is parked. Set up the chair so you can see the bike and start going through the catalog making notes on what 'goodies' you can find to make it uniquely yours.
Oh boy, I don't envy your wallet, its gonna have a heart attack before you get 50 pages into that catalog, and there are a lot more catalogs of goodies out there for you to go through.
I have an 07. Turned over 14k this month and couldnt see myself on any other bike. That sounds like a good deal to me for it to only have 4k on the odometer. The standard is a great platform to start from, I took to over with chrome when I got it, then leaned to the dark side. Shes looking more like a night train now. You dont see many pacific blue pearls around, IMO its the best lookin blue Harley has put out. . . . however, Im pretty biased. What color is the one with 4k on it?
