I thought prospecting was only for 1% clubs. Now it seems every club has started. I heard about a club formed on an AFB made up of active and retired AF -- and people were "prospecting" for that club. I said, Really? lol
I am not sure about the Military or the POPO or Fire Fighter clubs.... I wont say who i am prospecting for. I was just looking to see if other who had Prospected had any stories they would like to share.

My post wasn't aimed at the OP, I was just making an observation that there seems to be some prospecting going on under dubious circumstances.. If a club is just a bunch of average Joes like me who ride together on Sundays, why would they need "prospects"? To feel like badasses?

As I am instructed, club business, including prospecting, is intended to be club business.
Wishing to discuss it outside the club would be, in my mind, just cause for the club to evaluate your current position.
Others willing to discuss their club business would, I would guess, find themselves in a similar situation.
Either way, I don't think you'll get much positive action on your questions.
