i have easy brackets and i got the ones that fit the front bolts and the harley detachable back rest and luggage rack and did not relocate the turn signals so i made a mod to the harley detachable backrest. I had the shotgun exhaust with the bags and they just sit higher. i used a 2x4 as a spacer to keep the bags above the exhaust and never had them melt. they are the willie and max bags i got for $40 on ebay. they have new ones for about $129 a pair. look and feel like leather and hold up well.

Do you mount the bracket on the bag where ever you want or are there designated mounting holes.

the bag is flat so you can mount where ever you want.

Sorry for all the guestions but i wondering about that setup and your the 1st i,ve seen with it.

Thanks

Brand new set up for me, You can choose different brackets that are longer to fit back further on the fender strut, but you will have to relocate your blinkers. my setup will take up to 22" bag, longer brackets =bigger bags and more mounting surface, bracket to bag.The ghost brackets come with all hardware needed for the rail mount.Place the bags were you want them then drill the holes. Lockable on and off, easy. Don't know if any bag will work, hope this helps...
