What about going with duals but keeping them short. Like cutting them about where the axles are, just a thought. They would especially look killer if you wrapped them. I'm a fan of white wrapped pipes.

White would look cool for about a week till the red dirt here turned them orange lol.
Hey Mark, I knew you would save the day with that positive attitude of yours! lol. Do you know if Tad's running baffles?? I wonder what they would sound like open? I saw a sick Deluxe on H1 a few weeks ago with super long fishtails that sounded gnarly! Real raspy and crisp. I just think fish tails would be better suited to a beach bar/engine guard/triple headlight havin chrome *****. Yeah what I am thinking is just 2" straights just to the end of the rear tire so that you can see both pipes from a side/rearish angle. maybe slung low and keep them chrome for the eye candy factor. If any of ya'll have a Drag Specialties Fatbook you can see an example in the vance and hines for softails section. Just imagine that lower. Hey mark, got a sweet bunch of goodies installed this last weekend, hopefully comin out to show them off this sunday if u guys will be out. The prized piece of my collection was a specialy made Derby cover as a memorial to my father who passed in 06'. It matches the tattoo on my arm. I almost didnt want to put it on my bike, it came so well. He got it done from a guy in Va. At first, I thought he had you do it LMAO. See below....
Thats real cool Mike... sorry about your Dad... i lost mine a few years back... but you know their always with us! So you're back on Island? I can't ride this weekend but I'm planning on the weekend after this one. Give me a call brother.
I think they would look ok on a Night Train, but I think something like BSS would look better on a FX Softail. I want to install Bassani True Duals on my Heritage, but at the monment, funds are not available.
