Looks good Rick. Real Clean. I had the same setup with the turn signals. Nice Job!

Thanks Everyone. Dyork the difference was only 3/4". The pulley spacer is actually a aluminum spacer that fits in between the pulley and the hub of the wheel. It has nothing to do with the axle spacers. All it does it bring out the pulley to align with the primary gear. I had to add a 3/4" axle spacer on top of the original spacer on the pulley side of the axle in order to fill the gap. So there was only a 3/4" difference and not a 1 1/2" difference. Did I explain that well enough? Any more questions feel free to ask. I will try to get some close up pictures when I pull it apart to put my new rotors on.

Roger that Rick. So I just need a 3/4" pulley spacer and a 3/4" axle spacer to add on the pulley side. I'm going to mock mine up anyway, but will keep those measurements in mind, as they're probably the same. Thanks a bunch.

Oh Yeah, is your wheel centered with the fender?

regards,

Dale

Yes centered perfectly. I am not totally sure if the 06's and 07's use the same swingarm. What I did was took measurements with the stock wheel from the stock pulley inside of the swingarm. Then mount the pulley onto the new wheel along with the disc. Mock it up, using stock spacers in stock locations. Align it so the brake work correctly. Then you can take your measurements for the axle spacer that you will need to make up the difference and also the measurement to see how far the pulley has to be spaced out out. Also make sure the wheel is centered.

By the way you can order the pulley spacer and axle spacer out of the drag specialities catalog. They have them in all different sizes.
