I have a 2004 heritage softail classic, it has 2500 miles on it, garage kept never been in the rain, only been wet when washed (never when motor was hot) today I noticed a one inch wide ring of rust forming exactly where the top clamp is on the front exhaust cover has anybody else had this problem ? at first it looked like tape had stuck to it when it was hot . what to do I need help?
