Just put my mirrors on the Vintage handlebars I just installed and the position of the mirrors dont work well...seems like i cant get the right angle on them. Just interested what type of mirrors everyone is running on there Vintage bars?
I will check out Licks 3" mirrors...Im more concerned about the utility of them at this point, the rotating (I will take pic tomorrow) part of the mirrors dont rotate enought for me to actually get any view in them.
klf33- I have the same hand position as you on the bars....are those ness mirrors? Also, need to know how firm your front brakes are? I had another post about soft front brakes and someone had posted up that it might be the angle of the brake resovoir ....thats the only advice I have to work with right now. Im thinking about trying to bleed them again but with a three man operation....one holding the bike at an extreme lean angle (to the left) another topping off fluid and squeezing as I open up the bleeder valve.
I never thought of that, my breaks were really softer this year after I put the bars, or so I thought, I will get on that idea first thing when I get to my bike ...
