My concern with them would be where to get a map for a power commander for these pipes

The thing is with pipes that short without baffles you are going to have zero for low end power. Slaw some lollipops in them and try a map for short shots and see what happens.

I wonder there is a set of thunder city baffles that would work in them?

I am sure those pipes are 1 3/4". BCC makes a baffles that size. I would recommend it.
