ya, I did on my first bike, was 16Y when I built it with no manual and the bike came in actual bushel wicker baskets that you use to get apples in the old days in. Built from fall of 1964~ 3-17-65 White/silver w/rolled & pleated green/green. 1952 BSA
This is a 1952 A-10 "Golden Flash" and started like looking like this but I never seen it in any other form than apart.
I'm ordering one through Dr. V-Twin tomorrow in "Diamond Pearl" with black trim. I won't know how much It costs or how long the wait is, until Dr. V-Twin gets back to me after talking with LaPera. Shoot Dr. V-Twin a line, and he'll get you pricing. I have no doubt he'll get it cheaper than if we ordered direct through LaPera!
Ok. Here's an update. This seat is a DONE DEAL! I ordered the LePera Bare Bones Diamond Pearl metal flake seat with black trim and diamond stitch pattern through Dr. V-Twin. As usual, the Dr.'s service and pricing was phenomenal!! Thanks DR. !!!!
Tracy, thanks for the order. The day it is ready i am riding over to LaPera to pick it up and get it shipped. She is going to keep me updated on the build process. I will be in touch each week with them. Once again, you have topped yourself. Been thinking about one of these after I see what t looks like.
