Snap, crackle, pop & stall Fatboy
First, lets start with the constant back-fire. I'm certain this can't be good on the valves. I hear many other bikes on island that do the same thing, but of course this calls upon what dad always told me, "just because everyone else is a dumbass.....". So what the input? Is this where I should look to remap to solve my problem and invest in a PCIII? Just to be clear, I don't believe any leaks are present.
Second this damn stalling. I know other riders have dealt with this. I addressed it while the bike was still under warranty. The stealer on island replaced battery cables and a speed sensor. For several weeks it appeared fixed, but it came back again yesterday. Here is the scenario. I was riding the bike for about 2 hours on open road, with little traffic. I went through a small mountain pass, 7% grade for about 5 miles. On the back side of the mountains about another 10 miles of open road. When I hit traffic and came to stops, I had to keep the throttle cracked to keep from stalling. I pulled over and let it sit for about 20 minutes and jumped right back on. Within about 10 miles, I was in heavy traffic and the problem never returned. It seems heat/work load driven, but only once a day. Once you've breached the initial occurrence the bike is good for the rest of the day. Ideas?
Look forward to the inputs, and thank for taking the time!

Also... I'm not 100% sure how Torque Cones will work with Fuel Injection but it really helped with my Carb'd Softail.
But Jamie for sure will be able to help you.
Good luck.
