Some of the stuff is back on the bike. I had my friends at Precision Custom Cycles take the oil tank off for me. They thought it would look better in flat black, with the same pin striping, and I agreed with them.

Have you done that?
I have been told by 2 different people that it just wont be possible to fit them around that 90+ degree angle.

Yup I ran 'em inside bout 15 beers, 5 hours later...I used whipper snipper line to feed it through...But worth it in the end.
